The payment of your purchases can be made via Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, and for Greek customers there are 2 more options available: Cash on Delivery, and Payment in store.

• CREDIT CARD

Of great importance to us is securing any transactions. The completion of the Credit / Debit Card charging process is being done with the cooperation of secure systems used by our partner banks. The Cards are being charged the same day you complete your order. Acceptable credit / debit cards are:

Secured payment trough Paypal is also available as an option. In case you choose this payment way, you will be redirected to Paypal’s webpage in order to confirm and complete the payment. There are no extra chargew from our side in case you prefer to pay via Paypal.

The deposit amount for payment should be made to following Bank Details within 3 days from the day the order was completed, to the following bank account. If this is not done within 3 days the order is canceled without warning.

• UP ON DELIVERY (Greek Customers)

For payment by cash on delivery in your area no additional costs apply.

• PAYMENT TO SHOP (Greek Customers)

You can place your order via the website https://www.hotelshops.gr/ and ask for the payment and receipt of products from one of the following stores. After the notification you will receive within the next two business days for the arrival of the products in the store you selected, you can collect your order, without any additional cost. You will be required to show an identity card and the “order number” in order to secure the transaction.

Before checkout you will be asked to select Shipping / Collection: A) delivery to your address and B) collection from the store (for Greek Customers).

• EUROPEAN UNION

Less than 20,00€ for a shipment as big as a normal size box of shoes via DHL Express NEXT DAY Delivery (to all major cities). Smaller European Cities or villages may be covered with 2 days delivery time via DHL Express. No payment fees no matter the preferred payment method.

• GREECE

Free Shipping for all orders above 70,00€. Otherwise 4,90€. Delivery time 1 to 3 days. No payment fees no matter the preferred payment method.

• REST OF THE WORLD

Please follow check out process for quotation. Low shipping fares via DHL Express 1 to 4 business days delivery time. No payment fees no matter the preferred payment method.

All deliveries of shipments are handled by cooperating recognized courier companies.

Deliveries are made during working days.

 

B) COLLECT FROM STORE (Greek Customers)

If you wish collection from the store, you can choose one of the following stores and within 7 business days after notified by email or phone for the arrival of your order into it, to go to the store (store working hours) to collect your purchase.

For the collection, showing the identity card and the order number (that you received to the email address you provided us) is required.

The collection could be made on Saturday (store working hours) if you have been notified of the arrival of the order.
