You have the right to return the products of your order, excluding underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons, within 15 days from the day they were received from the stores or the first delivery attempt by the partner transport company and for any reason you wish.

Returned products must be unused, have all the manufacturer's tags, unused box packaging (for the shoes) as well as all accessories where they are offered, eg extra laces. Essential to include is also the purchase receipt or sales invoice.

All returns are checked and within 7-10 days the value of the products is returned to the consumer in a corresponding manner relative to the one selected for payment. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the credit can be made to the buyer's bank account. Possible costs of transport, cash on delivery or bank charges are not refunded. In the event that the product return concerns an object/s sent free of charge due to a total value of more than €69 and a refund is requested then the refunded amount is equal to the value of the product(s) purchased minus 4,90€.

If the product has been purchased during a special offer of free return shipping or by using a special related coupon then the return costs are borne by the Company, otherwise by the customer. The cost of reshipment in case of change is 4,90€ unless it is stated by the Company that the return shipping is offered free of charge.
