Return Policy

At Hotelshops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. That's why we offer you the ability to return products from your online order within 15 days of receipt.

Return Acceptance Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the products must:

  • Be in excellent condition and unused
  • Retain all manufacturer tags and labels
  • Have their original packaging in good condition (especially for shoes)
  • Include all accessories that came with the product (e.g., extra laces)
  • Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice
Exceptions & Limitations

The following products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear

Return Process

  1. Contact Us

    Send an email to [email protected] or call us at (+30) 2104111011 (Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00) to inform us of your desire to return a product.

  2. Complete the Return Form

    Visit hotelshops.gr/rma/guest and fill out the form with your order details.

  3. Ship the Product

    Carefully package the product and send it to the appropriate address:

  4. Receive Your Refund

    After receiving and inspecting the product, you will receive your refund within 7-10 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Refund Terms

What the Refund Includes

  • We refund the full amount of the product using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
  • For cash on delivery payments, you can receive the refund to a bank account (you will need to provide your IBAN).

What the Refund Does Not Include

  • Shipping costs, cash on delivery fees, or any bank charges are not refunded.
  • For orders that had free shipping (orders over €69), €3 is deducted for the original shipping cost.

Return Shipping Cost

  • The return cost is €3 if you use ACS with recipient billing (recommended method).
  • If you choose another shipping carrier or method, the cost may vary.
  • The return shipping cost is covered by the company only if you purchased the product during a special offer with free return shipping or using a special coupon.

Product Exchanges

Instead of returning, you can choose to exchange your product for another size or model.

  • Exchanges are made based on product availability in our warehouse.
  • The re-shipping cost for exchanges is €5 (includes shipping/cash on delivery fees).
  • If the company offers free re-shipping, there is no additional charge.
